1. Cancellation & Changes
At Bedrock Bin Hire, we understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund minus a small administrative processing fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date may incur a "futile delivery" fee to cover transport scheduling costs.
2. Delivery & Access
If we are unable to deliver or collect a bin due to restricted access (e.g., locked gates, cars blocking the path, or insufficient space) that was not communicated at the time of booking, a call-out fee may apply and a refund for that specific trip will not be provided.
3. Overloads & Prohibited Waste
Refunds are not applicable if a bin is collected partially empty. Conversely, if a bin is overloaded or contains prohibited materials (as per our Waste Guide), additional charges will apply. If these charges are not settled, the bin may not be collected, and no refund will be issued for the rental period.
4. How Refunds are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer). Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
